This was the daily report card template I used for many years. It was an iterative evolution over time. No right way, and I urge you all to make it your own and see what is best for you. I would fill this out every single evening without any excuses.
A best practice is to share this daily with your team, seek feedback, and request they do the same. This greatly accelerates the learning process, and doing this with 2 unnamed elite traders helped catapult me to the top.
